I have been working in the culinary industry going on
20 years in several types of restaurants, ranging from
French fine dining, to Tex-mex, and most recently Southern Italian
cuisine.
I am happy to work with the flavors that your group is most interested
in and discuss options for the dining experience you are looking for. I
do have a mobile pizza oven available to bring to any location, so that
is also an option.
